Summer glau

Firefly was the next Whedon's hit show, and it's likely that she made an impact. Summer Glau was very good playing the challenging role as River Tam. The character of Tam was compelled to be a part of tests conducted by the government, in which she was trained to be an assassin. Tam lost her ability to control her emotions as a result. Glau had the opportunity to showcase not just her acting skills, but her fighting skills on Firefly. Glau could utilize her athletic capabilities due to her training as a sleuth. Summer Glau was classically-trained as ballerina. The injury to her right foot, however, that put the end of her dancing career. Firefly had only one episode but was a huge hit. Whedon returned to the show several years later. Summer Glau however continued to produce high quality. Summer Glau appeared on television series including Cold Case, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
