Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
The shadows she saw in the grass inspired her to work for months on the technique that, does not, however, paint the selected object onto canvas. The subject instead transforms into a reproduction of itself in which the painting becomes the carrier of it's own painterly interpretation, especially in the case of live or perishable objects like people or fruit. The style that Alexa paints is very ephemeral. Only the images of her work are preserved. The painting and the photographic techniques are so closely coordinated that the result is nothing but a two-dimensional flat space that achieves trompe-l'oeil. In this, the third dimension can only be seen in specific areas like near the eyes, or near hair. Meade will sometimes integrate her painted model into the three-dimensional surroundings around it that allows her to work within the world of their own. By doing so, Meade has removed the borders between painting, photography and performance.
