Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness competitions when she was 16 years old. When she was 17, she won her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. A year later, at the age of 17 She was able to earn her professional card. She was an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from performing after earning her pro card to pursue her studies. She came back in 2015 and carried on from where she previously left off taking part in elite contests like the Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. After her first show, she continued competing for a long time and establishing more ambitious goals every year. She was awarded four more fitness awards by the end of 2009. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken six years off from competition following her professional card's issuance to finish her college education. Then she returned in October of 2015, with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished 3rd at the show. In June of 2016, she won the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which qualified her for compete in the Fitness Olympia. Three months later, she walked onto the Olympia stage and took home the sixth position at the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations prior to the event and was proud of the result. It's not surprising that she did so well considering the competition. Ariel is getting stronger every year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent-over rows, single-arm lat pull-downs, using a machine, pull-ups as well as seated rows. First, she warms up prior to moving onto exercises. Ariel will also make the most out of her time. How she does this is by supersetting her back exercises. Four or three supersets of 10-12 reps is done.
